Intrecci

Intrecci is a shape you rarely find outside artisanal pasta. Two strands twisted together, a surface full of cavities and spirals that trap the sauce. With Senatore Cappelli they have a particular texture: they bite back, they do not collapse. The right shape for chunky sauces where every forkful should carry everything.
