Penne Rigate

Penne rigate have been in every Italian kitchen for decades. These are different: semi-wholegrain Senatore Cappelli makes them less neutral, more characterful. They do not act as background to the sauce, they participate. The bronze ridging is deep and irregular enough to hold even the most liquid dressings. The most versatile shape we make.
