Our tagliatelle in semi-wholegrain Senatore Cappelli wheat have an amber colour and a slightly rough surface that keeps the sauce in place. They stand up well to hearty dressings and keep their texture even after a few minutes resting in the plate. The dough is hand-worked before cutting: you can taste the difference.
